I did research on Moninga Tea and it claimed to provide pain relief in addition to much more. I brew it strong each morning on and drink on an empty stomach and after 2 - 3 weeks, I have no aches/pains in my 76 year old body. But I also eat healthy and exercise 3X each week. This is my first review and it almost sounds like someone paid me to say all these nice things. Not true. It's just a very therapeutic tea I highly recommend.
