Your happiness matters to us. Heavenly Tea Leaves proudly stands behind every blend we offer. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, simply contact us and let us know.

Please contact us within 14 days of placing your order, and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Upon return, our team will carefully inspect the order. We reserve the right to decline refunds, in whole or in part, for items that show signs of heavy use or significant consumption.

Kindly note: unless an error was made on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Teaware & Accessories

Accessories including teaware must be unused, in their original packaging and in new condition upon receipt. If an item is found used, we will not be able to issue a refund.

 

Damaged During Shipping

Items damaged during shipping will need to be claimed by e-mail or phone within 48 hours. You will need to save the damaged product as well as all packaging. Once the shipping company has determined that the product was damaged during shipping, you will receive the item again at no extra cost.
