Why Organic?

Exceptional tea begins at origin.

We source from certified organic farms in some of the world’s most esteemed growing regions, including Yunnan, China, Kagoshima, Japan, Assam, India, and more.

Whenever possible, we prioritize local family farms and independent suppliers, cultivating long-term relationships rooted in mutual respect and shared standards of excellence.

Single-origin teas clearly reflect the region where they are grown. Blends crafted from multiple ingredients may list their origin as Heavenly Test Kitchen, where we formulate our in-house blends.

Our Green Intiatives

We respect the natural world as deeply as we respect the nature of tea itself. Sustainability is not a statement, it is a direction we continually move toward.

Our full-sized loose leaf teas are packaged in industrial compostable pouches (with the exception of our 16 oz bulk size). Our tea bags are 100% plastic-free and designed to compost within 14–21 days.

We also provide carbon-neutral shipping on every order, helping reduce the environmental impact beyond the leaf.

Our Policy on Natural Flavors

The majority of our collection contains no natural flavoring at all, only real, organic leaves, flowers, roots, herbs, and spices. We are actively working to reduce and phase out natural flavors across our product line over time, wherever possible.

Some of our legacy blends contain natural flavors. We always disclose the presence of natural flavors directly on product pages.

For clarity:

  • Natural flavors are derived from natural, non-synthetic sources. All of our natural flavors are certified USDA Organic.
  • They are used to enhance or complement existing flavor profiles.
  • They are not artificial flavors or synthetic chemical flavorings.
