Drinking a healthy tea.
I have been drinking Rooibos tea for several years now. I know that some of the Rooibos can have traces of cadmium, which is toxic. So finding a company that has a good organic tea can be difficult. I choose Heavenly Teas to insure I am not taking in any Cadmium. I find Rooibos tea to be robust without the bitter taste and so very good for my body. It even aids digestion. I strongly recommend Heavenly Tea's Rooibos.
