Fruits: The Origin Story
The best kind of sweetness and ripe, refreshing flavor comes from nature, and it’s usually in the form of a fruit. Fruits have literally been the object of people’s admiration since Biblical times, with the downfall of humanity coming from Eve’s insistence on eating that enticing fruit.
Far be it from today’s fruits to offer us the high stakes of good and evil—but we still adore them worldwide. And when it comes to tea, they make a delightful ingredient or addition.
Taste the Rainbow
All kinds of tasty and inventive and inherently caffeine-free herbal teas, also known as tisanes, have come from using dried fruit as a key ingredient. Whether derived from a single fruit or thoughtfully blended, these naturally caffeine-free brews are the perfect way to unwind, restore, and nourish.

Blueberry Delight
It’s well established that berries stand on their own as a nutritional powerhouse. From combating inflammation to keeping blood pressure in check, what can’t this superfood do? And so, it’s only appropriate that we turned the beloved blueberry into a tea, with the addition of immune-boosting elderberry, hibiscus, and other complementary flavors.
Orange Rooibos
As big fans of rooibos tea on its own, we figure it can only be enhanced by the uplifting citrusy kick of orange peel. High in antioxidants which are known to fight aging, stress, and chronic disease, rooibos, a South African plant known as redbush, is well regarded for its flavor and wellness properties in equal measure. The smooth, nutty and slightly woody flavor ideally complements zesty orange. This one is a year-round caffeine-free winner.
Passion Green
While the perks of green tea are well documented, its flavor is super specific. Some may need a bright punch of flavor to take the tea out of its vegetal state. This one uses natural passion fruit, peach, and mango flavors to up the tropical quotient, lending a pleasing color and bold, summery flavor. Drink this caffeinated variety iced and slightly sweetened in the morning to maximize its potential on a sunny day.
White Peach
In nature, the white peach has a syrupy subtlety that’s hard to replicate—but here we have it. A perfectly sophisticated blend of white and green teas for a slight energy boost in the AM, peach flavors, and a hint of ginger for a bit of a twist. This one’s fruity character stands on its own two feet, with no need for any sweetener to enhance it.
Raspbery Leaf
While this one delivers the benefit of fruit without screaming sweetness, it’s important to note its unique properties in addition to an off-the-radar herbal flavor profile. Often referred to as the women's herb and taken in fresh, capsule, or tea form for anything from birthing induction to menstrual cramps, Raspberry Leaf is reputed to be a rich source of nutrients, making it a cherished herbal tea.
Usually, tea made from fruits, like any of these summertime MVPs, does the job. But there’s also the option to use fruit as a delicious add-in. For example, you can infuse your tea, usually iced, with fresh raspberries or diced beaches for the ultimate patio treat. Bring that one to the next barbecue and just wait for the round of applause!
