Hojicha Green Tea is a roasted green bancha that has a crisp, nutty, earthy taste with a light refreshing liquor that accompanies meals perfectly. It is different from other Japanese green teas in that it is roasted rather than steamed, giving it a reddish-brown color. Hojicha is widely popular in Japan, and around the world.

Tasting Notes: Crisp, nutty, refreshing

Brewing Tips: Use 1 tsp. of tea per every 6 oz. of boiling water (170 degrees). Steep for 1-2 minutes. Do not over brew to avoid bitterness.
