Bi Luo Chun Green Tea, well known for its delicate appearance, fruity taste, floral aroma, and downy white hairs is harvested in spring. Bi Luo Chun's name, "Spring Green Snail" comes from the appearance of the tea because it's rolled into a tight spiral, resembling snail meat. Although many variations of this tea are available in the market, ours is a very rare, spring Bi Luo Chun.

Tasting Notes: Brisk, bright green, natural sweetness
Brewing Tips: Use 1 tsp. of tea per every 6 oz. of boiling water (170 degrees). Steep for 1-2 minutes.
