This is one of the best matchas I've ever had. It's organic and kosher, and it's very smooth and sweet. I read the website description and it's an UJI Matcha, which basically means it comes from one of the most desirable growing regions and young leaves in Kyoto, Japan. I'm a huge fan, and I highly recommend it!!!
