Shipping policy

Once placed, your order will be securely shipped to you via USPS or a similar standard ground service. Please consider, shipping days do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order via standard shipping.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

We want to make it as easy and simple for you to order your favorite tea as possible. That is why we offer $5 shipping on all orders. It helps us cover some of our shipping costs while keeping shopping for great loose leaf tea affordable for our customers.

• Orders over $50: Free Standard Shipping
• Orders under $50: $5 Standard Shipping
• 2 Day Shipping: $25

 

International Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

 

Pickup

You can decide whether you want your order shipped or if you want to pick it up at checkout. Pickup is free of charge and we will notify you when your order is ready.

 

Please note: 

All deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be made via USPS or similar ground service. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for all deliveries to P.O. Boxes.

From time to time, we may ship orders via UPS, FedEx or similar shipping services. We do this in instances when alternative shipping method can provide the best service and/or cost to our customers.

*We reserve the right to combine or separate shipments being sent to the same address at our discretion. Depending on product availability, we may also ship out orders from a fulfillment center or warehouse at our discretion.
