Anji Bai Cha, also known as Anji White Tea in English, is actually a green tea but referred to as white tea because the leaves are virtually unprocessed like those of white teas. Produced in the Hunan Province of China, it is made of one bud and one leaf. Anji Baicha is bright and has a brisk flavor. It has a high concentration of amino acids.

Ingredients: Green Tea

Tasting Notes: Bright liquor, brisk yet silky infusion

Brewing Tips: Use 1 tsp. of tea per every 6 oz. of boiling water (170 degrees). Steep for 1-2 minutes. Do not over brew to avoid bitterness.

This brews into a most enjoyable cup of tea; with a delicately fresh vegetal taste and smooth mouthfeel. Visually, it is a lovely pale green color. Do follow recommended brew instructions.
